Infrastructure
Our primary manufacturing Facility is located in central Goa and spread over an area of 2000 sq mt with built up covered area of 1500 sq mts.
Our infrastructural setup is one of the best and is highly advanced in terms of technology and efficiency. We have a well-equipped machine shop and fabrication shop. The machine shop is equipped with heavy machineries of reputed make like Kirloskar, HMT, Bharat Fritz and EOT cranes for handling heavy jobs. Machine shop have spacious layout with marked lanes. It is equipped with special measuring tools such as Micrometers Internal and External, Vernier Calipers upto 1 mtr, Outside Caliper upto 1 mtr, Dial Gauges, Bore Gauges, Surface Plates, Reamers, etc and other necessary Jigs and Fixtures.
Fabrication shop occupies a huge space of shop floor with a 10 T capacity overhead crane. It is equipped with a heavy plate bending machine, a 80 T hydraulic press, fly press, plasma cutting, CO2 welding machine, welding rectifiers, cutting sets, band saw, hand shear, heavy drill machine, grinders and necessary jigs and fixtures. Stores and tool room occupies about 350 sq.mtrs. We have sourced machines from top manufacturers to ensure the quality and reliability of our end products.
